Question 1

How soon can I get a slot?

Accepted Answer

Availability is live — pick any open slot on a provider's calendar. Many keep same-week slots open.

Question 2

My pet has never been groomed before — where do I start?

Accepted Answer

Filter by Anxious Pet Specialist, or book a Trial Session. Every provider offers options, and your pet will be looked after with patience.

Question 3

Do I need to bring my own supplies?

Accepted Answer

Each listing shows the amenities it provides, including grooming products and treats. Most providers can handle everything.

Question 4

How late can I book a slot?

Accepted Answer

Slots stay open until the notice period shown on the booking, and popular evening slots fill earlier than that.

Question 5

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

You can move or cancel from your account up to the notice period shown on the booking, and the slot is released automatically.

Question 6

I have multiple pets — can you still fit us in?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but check the "Not suitable if" note on the listing and message the provider first. Several providers run dedicated multi-pet and overnight blocks.
